REGISTRATION INFORMATION
HOW TO REGISTER: Registration is accepted in person or by mail.  Registration will be processed only upon receipt of full payment and a completed registration form.  An annual $15 registration fee is required.  No spaces will be held or reserved.                                         

A registration form is needed for each child.  One check may be written for multiple children as long as the children’s names are labeled on the check.

Until our website accommodates on-line printing of registration forms, we would be happy to e-mail you a form and/or mail you a registration brochure. 

REGISTER EARLY:    Early registration is recommended, as classes can fill quickly.  Registration is on a first come, first served basis. 

ROLLING ADMITTANCE: Registration is ongoing where class space is available.  Fee will be prorated.

GUIDELINES: Figure out your child’s age/grade at the start of the program, not their current age at the time of Registration.  For help in choosing an appropriate class for your child, please call or make an appointment.       

CONFIRMATION:   If we are unable to secure a space for your child in our program, you will be notified by phone and your child’s name will be placed on a wait list. 
RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $20 charge for any returned checks.
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment or to modify classes and/or schedules when necessary.

REFUNDS: There is a drop fee in addition to the non-refundable registration fee for any classes dropped after registration.  There are absolutely no refunds for classes dropped after the second class of a season.  All refund requests must be in writing.

Regarding Mini Camp, Arts Adventure Camp or Camp for the Arts, there are absolutely no refunds/credits after camp session begins. 

CLOTHING: Dress comfortably.  No flip flops in theatre or movement classes.  We supply smocks and aprons for messy art and cooking fun.

PARTIES, CUSTOM CLASSES AND PRIVATE LESSONS:  Donna’s Kids will design the perfect class trip for your special group of children at our facility.  For private lessons and class group requests for fall, please contact Donna as soon as possible so it may be included in the schedule.  Contact Donna for information at 973-597-9850.
